Looking for a motivational and courteous professional to manage overall fitness/operations staff with a focus on delivering consistent customer service and meeting financial goals. Responsible for the overall management of fitness, including aquatics, personal training, kids programs and group exercise departments and housekeeping/maintenance staff.

Requirements
Experience in interviewing, hiring and training staff. Must be able to excel in an environment that sets revenue goals, tracks progress and strives for growth while delivering a high-level of customer service. Must have strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in fitness or wellness-related field. At least 3 to 5 years experience in management, with hands-on experience with developing programs and day-to-day operations experience in fitness or hospitality industry.

Registered Dietitian

Seeking professional and courteous part-time Registered Dietitians for Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center located in Washington, PA.
Our professional staff provides friendly, warm and exceptional customer experience to build client relationships. We are looking for ideal candidates with experience to build a great team! Flexible schedule with daylight, evening and weekend hours available.
Provides nutritional care including assessments, plans and diet counseling to our corporate clients, student athletes, our members and Highmark program participants.

Requirements
RD license required. Registration with ADA. Bachelor's degree. Experience in nutrition screening, assessment, education and specialized nutrition support, with strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills and professional presentation to provide a high-level of customer service for our members and clients.

Personal Trainer

Child Care Attendant
Description
Provide care for children—ages 6 weeks through 11 years old. Provide constant supervision. Create and/or carry out activities for children. Assist with day-to-day operations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for children and staff. Report hazards and accidents, adhering to safety and emergency procedures. Must approach job with enthusiasm and greet members and their children upon arrival at the nursery. Knowledgeable in all policies and procedures related to child care with strict adherence to safety and emergency procedures.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent. Must obtain and pass Act 34 background check. Experience in working with groups of children. Community/infant/child CPR certified. Able to lift 20 pounds. Must attend all in-service sessions as scheduled. Must have ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Must be responsible, punctual and responsible for scheduled work hours.
Front Desk Attendant
Description
Present the Center to all members and community in a highly favorable light. Participates in community events as needed. Candidate will come in contact with as many as 100+ people per shift. Ability to multi-task with excellent communications and customer service skills are a must. Scheduling of classes and knowledge of Center programs and procedures will be necessary to encourage the sale of services and cross-sell programs when opportunity arises. Cashier duties as well as some light housekeeping. Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. Two years strong customer service experience necessary. Patience, a pleasant attitude and desire to help people is needed. Math aptitude and some computer knowledge will be necessary for cashier duties. Must have ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Must be responsible, punctual and keep consistent work attendance.
Group Exercise Instructors – All Disciplines
Description
Must choreograph and instruct various types of group exercise classes. Candidate must have the ability to plan and teach safe classes in a logical progression to the appropriate skill and fitness level of the participants. Must be a team player with a result oriented attitude while maintaining member confidentiality, class participation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
One year experience and current certification by a nationally recognized fitness organization(i.e. ACE, ACSM, AFAA, etc); or 2-3 years experience in a group exercise environment and agree to obtain proper certification within 60 day of date of hire. Must possess excellent communication skills, attend all Group Ex meetings, and be available to substitute for related group classes. Punctuality, reliability and willingness to help members strive for fitness goals are necessary.
Swim Instructor
Description
Responsibilities include water safety and swim instruction for children and adults. Ability to help with sign-ups and to substitute occasionally if needed. Good customer service and communication skills needed for daily interaction with members. Flexible schedule, up to 20 hours per week.
Requirements
WSI, Red Cross swim instruction certification and one year experience required. AED/CPR certification is also required. Other qualifications include punctuality, reliability, and a team player attitude. CPO certification a plus.
Fitness Floor Attendant
Description
Must be a team player with a can-do attitude, who is genuinely interested in making a positive medical difference in people’s lives.
Requirements
CPR required. Must have ability to work irregular hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Kids Climbing Instructor – 2 openings
Description
Job requires that instructor register children in the program. Belay students up and down climbing wall during time of class. Use proper equipment with students. Walk students out of the Center after class.
Requirements
Has worked with children, has climbed in the past, has Act 33/34 clearances, has passed LTC I & II verified by Center personnel.
Spa Manager

MedFit Partners seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead our Spa Harmony team located in Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center, Washington, PA, a state-of-the art fitness center. Our managers are goal-oriented, enthusiastic professionals who are interested in promoting the well-being and satisfaction of our members and guests.
This position manages all aspects of Spa Harmony, including setting revenue goals, tracking progress and supervising and motivating team
leaders: massage therapists, acupuncturists, estheticians, spa techs and reception with a focus on growing spa revenue and delivering consistent customer service to consistently increase guest retention. Create, direct and promote spa services to members, the public and medical community, as well as provide spa services for clients. Provide in-house training and demonstrations for services and skincare product lines.
Requirements
Successful candidates must have spa operations experience, excellent customer service skills, professional presentation and technical ability to provide a high-level of customer service to our clients and guests. Our spa philosophy is to provide consultative services and education to clients, which includes recommending retail products. Must have computer proficiency.

Interest in continuing education to maintain current professional license and/or certifications. Maintain product knowledge on spa skincare and make-up product lines. Ensure the cleanliness of the spa facilities and treatment area. Update client files and participate in client retention programs.
Flexible hours with some evening/weekend hours. Includes complimentary membership at the Wellness Center.
Requirements
PA Esthetician/Cosmetology license required. 1 to 2 years experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as time-management and organizational skills. Computer skills required. Retail sales skills a plus.
