Abs/Low Back
Strengthen your core in 30 minutes of concentrated abdominal and back-strengthening work.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program
This class is created for people with arthritis to keep joints flexible, muscles strong, and to help reduce the pain associated with arthritis. The warmth and buoyancy of warm water make this class ideal for relieving pain and stiffness. Taught by AF certified instructors.

Aquacise
Held in the warm-water therapy pool, this class focuses on flexibility, range of motion and strength training using pool resistance equipment. Specifically designed for those with chronic medical conditions, this class is a great alternative for injury rehabilitation.

Beginning Pilates
This intro Pilates mat class emphasizes proper breathing techniques and introduces poses with more explanation and general assistance from the instructor. Learn to incorporate breath with movement, increase core strength and gain a better understanding of "your posture" and how Pilates benefits the overall strength of the body. Although designed for beginners, this class is open to all levels.

Beginning Yoga
Learn the basics with more explanation of poses, and get comfortable on the mat and familiar with the benefit of adding props into your practice. Allow yourself to explore "your yoga," a connection of mind and body. Great for someone new to yoga or anyone with prior experience who wants to explore the basics, including meditation.

Cardio & Sculpt
A great combination class with 30 minutes of high-low aerobics and 30 minutes of body sculpting.

Cardio Start
A low-impact aerobic and muscle-toning class using a combination of weights, bands, balls and props that will get your heart pumping and your body moving.

Circuit Training
An internal training class that combines the benefits of cardiovascular and strength training in a fun, fast-paced 30-minute workout. 

Core Strength/Lean Body
Build lean muscle mass with resistance equipment and improve core strength to promote a healthy back.

Early Rise Yoga
Start your day with an energizing practice to warm you up and awaken every muscle in the body! Connect your breath with movement and challenge yourself with balancing poses. This class is designed for those with prior yoga experience.

Fit & Flexible
A mature adult workout with light weight training, range of motion, flexibility and balance. A chair may be used for stability.

Fit & Flexible II
If you are a regular attendee of Fit & Flexible and are ready for a new workout, this is the class for you. Work your core, upper and lower body by using the BodyWedges and adding more strength and stability for your daily activities.

Fitness 101
This 45-minute class will concentrate on basic step moves with minimal choreography and basic strength-training exercises for beginning exercisers.

Gentle Yoga
A dynamic yet gentle style of yoga that emphasizes body awareness & coordinating movement with breath. Take time to stretch tight muscles, plus relax.

Intro to Spin
Interested in trying spin but a little intimidated? Please join us to learn proper bike positioning as well as safety procedures. Experienced cyclists are welcome.

Mature Adult Water Fitness
An all-around workout for non-weight-bearing exercises in the large pool. This transitional water class is great for building a strong heart, lungs and muscles, and increasing flexibility. Barbells, resistance gloves, and/or noodles are used.

Multi-Level Yoga
Tighten and tone the entire body, enhance flexibility and build core strength by combining traditional fitness training, focused breathing and strength building through yoga poses.

90-minute Challenge
A body toning and sculpting class with an added cardio component  for an intense and complete workout.

108 Sun Salutations $
Yoga's answer to the 90-minute workout challenge. There's no better quick fix for sluggishness, erratic energy, stiffness, or a bad attitude. This series of repetitive sun salutations, combined with a warm-up and cool down, will activate the navel center, stimulate circulation and warm the body. Special pricing, pay as you go. $10 member, $15, non-member.

Open Yoga
A mix of yoga postures and styles. Varies depending on instructor. Open to all levels, but basic knowledge of yoga is helpful.

Pilates for Men
Tiger Woods has said he uses Pilates as his secret weapon. Whether you want to improve your golf game, improve core strength or just feel better, Pilates is for you. After all, Joseph Pilates was a boxer, acrobat and gymnast, who first developed these exercises for men. This class will improve strength, flexibility and posture by focusing on activating and connecting the strongest part of the body first, the core.

Pilates Mat
Lengthen and strengthen muscle with mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Exercises are non-impact and can be modified for all levels.
Pilates Reformer $
Group training class using the Reformer, which can be adjusted to increase or decrease the intensity of the workout, depending on individual needs. This class is recommended prior to, or in combination with, taking mat classes. Class size is limited to six

Pilates Tower $
The Pilates Tower workout incorporates bilateral, unilateral and reciprocal movement variations to challenge and integrate strength, balance and flexibility without sacrificing core stability. This well-rounded workout will leave you feeling strong and tones. Requires prior registration at the front desk.

PiYo
Unique format class combining Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. This up-tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind-body exercise is ideal for beginners to advanced group exercisers.

Simply Stretch
Flexibility is an essential component of fitness that is often neglected or forgotten. This class uses a variety of stretching methods to gradually increase muscle strength and extend the range of movement at the joints. This may help prevent injury and improve performance of health and sports-related activities, as well as help the body relax. Stretching exercises can be adapted to accommodate individual needs.

Spin

Cardio class conducted on stationary bikes and includes physical and mental components to simulate a variety of terrains. Each individual controls his/her intensity by use of adjustments to the bike. Heart-rate monitor recommended.

Step
A fun, choreographed intermediate step class that will keep you on your toes.

Step & Abs
A Step class (see above for description) combined with an intense abdominal section at the end of class.

Strength Ball
Class designed to incorporate core strength/abdominal workout with intense resistance training on the ball. Includes Pilates moves, body sculpting and stretching.

Strength Ball & Bands
Challenge and improve your stability and balance with this strength-based class using stability balls and bands.

Tai Chi Flow
Feel energized with this form of Tai Chi combining relaxation with motion and breathing techniques. By focusing the mind, you can achieve a deep state of meditation.

Tai Chi I
Increase flexibility, strength, coordination and the ability to concentrate. Special emphasis is placed on movements that increase circulation.

Total Body Sculpt
Tone and sculpt your entire body. Improve muscle tone and increase metabolic rate with a combination of weights, balls, bands, tubes and bars. No coordination or dance required in this athletic-based workout that makes lifting weights fun.

20/20/20
Try this complete workout with 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of step and 20 minutes of body sculpting with abdominal and low-back work.

Water Aerobics
Great cross-training cardiovascular workout. Water aerobics benefits your body by providing 12 times the resistance of land-based classes, yet only placing 10% of the stress and strain on your body.

Water Fitness Challenge
A series of heart pumping drills in this class use the resistance of the water combined with the rebounds.

Will Power and Grace
This class is a high-energy, low-impact mosaic of isometrics, balance, dance principles and yogic postures based on functional philosophies. Transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. All levels welcome.

Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. Based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do, Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind.

Please note: Classes must maintain a minimum of participants for a consistent time period, or they may be canceled.
