A mix of yoga postures and styles. Varies depending on instructor. Open to all levels, but basic knowledge of yoga is helpful.

TAI CHI
Tai Chi Flow
Feel energized with this form of Tai Chi combining relaxation with motion and breathing techniques. By focusing on the mind, you can achieve a deep state of meditation. Free to members
Tai Chi I
This class offers the opportunity to increase flexibility, strength, coordination and the ability to concentrate. Special emphasis is placed on movements that increase circulation. Free to members.

108 Sun Salutations $
Yoga's answer to the 90-minute workout challenge. There's no better quick fix for sluggishness, erratic energy, stiffness, or a bad attitude. This series of repetitive sun salutations, combined with a warm-up and cool down, will activate the navel center, stimulate circulation and warm the body, and awaken a sense of joy and gratitude. Pay as you go. Member: $10. Non-member: $15.
ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
Private Yoga Instruction $
Incorporates a mix of postures, breath, meditation and relaxation techniques to help achieve your wellness goals: Learn correct posture sequence to achieve balance and flow; isolate and stretch specific body areas; privately and safely address chronic illnesses such as fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, depression and anxiety, and obesity; learn and practice advanced postures unattainable in a group setting.
Pilates Personal Training $
Semi-private (2 people) or one-on-one personal training available. Incorporates mat, Reformer/Tower based on participant's needs.

Private Yoga/Pilates
Member: $55 per hour, $295 for 6 sessions, $495 for 12. Non-member: $60 per hour, $330 for 6 sessions, $570 for 12.

PILATES
Pilates Mat
Lengthen and strengthen muscle with mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Exercises are non-impact and can be modified for multi-level class participants. Free to members.
Pilates Reformer Class $
Group training class using the Reformer, which can be adjusted to increase or decrease the intensity of the workout, depending on individual needs. Recommended prior to, or in combination with, taking Mat classes. Class size is limited to six. See pricing below.
Pilates Tower $
The Pilates Tower workout incorporates bilateral, unilateral and reciprocal movement variations to challenge and integrate strength, balance and flexibility without sacrificing core stability. This well-rounded workout will leave you feeling strong, toned and connected. Requires prior registration at the front desk. See pricing below.

Member: $18 per class, $150 for 10, $290 for 20. Non-member: $25 per class, $240 for 10, $400 for 20.

May be used for all Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates Mat classes. $15 per class, $125 for 10, $240 for 20
