Membership Benefits
All members receive a free Fitness Orientation, Tri-Fit computerized Fitness Assessment and Take Charge programs for specific conditions. (Our Exercise Physiology Staff will discuss this option with each member.)
Corporate Wellness Programs
Wellness Center staff members are available to speak at your next corporate health event or fair, or as part of your employee education programs. Fees range from $65 to $100. Call 724.250.6251 to schedule a seminar or wellness screening. Screenings available include:
