Review your meal plan and make sure you¹re on track in this private 15-minute follow-up. You must have had a nutritional consult prior to scheduling a Fit Stop. $10 per person.

FitStops Plus is a $685 per year value for just $20* per member per month and includes all of the following:
- Initial Consultation: Working with our registered dietitian, we determine your fitness and wellness levels and put together a personalized plan just for you. Included is a Nutrition Complete consultation that measures your nutritional intake so you know if you’re getting the necessary vitamins, minerals and other nutritional levels needed for good health. Regular price: $85.
- Follow-up Consultation:Twice a year, we follow up on the initial consultation. This way you can make sure you are in line with your nutrition and wellness targets and make any adjustments to your program. Regular price: $30 per consultation/$60 per year.
- Weekly FitStops: Each week you meet with our nutritionist to review your progress and goals. With weekly feedback, you’ll be better able to achieve your health and wellness targets. Regular price: $40 per month/$480 per year.
- RMR — Resting Metabolic Rate or Cholesterol Screening: Twice a year we’ll measure your RMR or your cholesterol. Knowing your RMR rate means you know what your caloric intake should be if you want to lose or maintain your current weight. Please note: You can also combine these screenings for a total of two screenings a year. Regular price $30 per screening/$60 per year.

RMR Assessment with Nutritional Consultation
A simple breath test with the MedGem®, a handheld portable indirect calorimeter, determines your resting metabolic rate (RMR), or how many calories you burn each day at rest. This measurement helps to calculate the calories you should be consuming each day to reach your goals. $50, members; $60, non-members. Test only, $30 per person.
Before your test:
