Carolyn has extensive experience in medically based massage therapy and bodywork as a certified practitioner, manager, researcher and educator. She helped launch the University of Colorado’s Integrative Medicine Program in 2001 while also maintaining her private massage therapy practice within a physician’s office. In addition, she has been involved in National Institutes of Health-funded research studying the benefits of massage therapy for cancer patients.
