The Injury Prevention Programs series includes shoulder, low back and hip and knee injury prevention exercise programs. Each is based on a gradual progression of exercises that address flexibility, strength and proper biomechanical movement patterns to prevent injuries.
UST
The Ultimate Sports Training Program is a high-intensity 6 week training program that will provide instruction to refine your athletic movement patterns while increasing your cardiovascular fitness and strength.

Kettlebell
Kettlebell training has recently increased in popularity within the fitness and athletic communities. Kettlebell workouts engage multiple muscle groups at once and require an athlete to focus on whole-body conditioning. Pilates focuses on working a number of muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movements to build strength, flexibility and coordination. Pilates promotes evenly trained muscle groups mediated by efficiently trained core muscles to coordinate proper biomechanical movement patterns that results in refined functional movement and decreased risk of injury. Aquatic Jump
Plyometric training in the water is a great alternative to traditional land-based training. It decreases the impact effects of plyometrics on your joints while still allowing you to increase your vertical leap.
Swim Team Experience
Swim Team Experience is for new swimmers and those with competitive experience ages 6- to 18-years old to improve their swimming technique, endurance and speed in a fun and supportive environment. Includes on-deck coaching, water workouts, stroke refinement and racing strategies.
